What is SFAYC?
Arrow is a rigorous leadership training program for students 13-22 that inspires, empowers, and educates our students.
Our mission is simple: Vision + Hard Work = Students Success.

What is the Mission of SFAYC?
The Village announces a call to action for the community of South Fulton County. We are a citizenship of diversity and partnership that CARES about our children. We will re-commit to supporting our future generation. Our students must achieve in school and life. We desire to be empowered and to support one another until our community changes and the quality of living is enhanced for us all. This paradigm shift engages everyone and ensures the economic and social growth of South Fulton. IT REALLY DOES TAKE A VILLAGE!!!

SFAYC Programs
Students enter arrow, and are asked a simple question; “What do you want?” This question creates an assessment for arrow and for the student, and allows them to discover their individual gifts, and develop a leadership consciousness.
After that question, Arrows receive training sessions on:
1.Goal Setting (Vision)
2.P.U.S.H. Opportunities
3.Maintain Focus (As it relates to school, work, social life etc.)
4.Realizing Opportunities (Doing things that one may not want to do)
The Arrows will also:

Complete many opportunities for effective community service hours

Travel, spreading the Arrow Way of Life (Vaudeville, Delta)

Have tons of fun exploring different careers (Ex. Flying a flight simulator/Recording a song in a music studio)
