Project Resting Place

The South Fulton Arrow Youth Council and the Spice of Life Senior Adult Ministry of Open Word Church in partnership with the She Wears Hope Foundation will bring the entire community together for a day of service and volunteerism during our event called “Let’s Paint the Town Blue”. We invite you to join us on October 15th to impact society and give back by setting aside a few hours of your day to volunteer and serve.

Spice of Life Ministries and South Fulton Arrow Youth Council is requesting plastic shopping bags for a community project “Project Resting Place” mats for the homeless.  We will be folding, cutting and crocheting the bags into mats for the homeless to lay on.  We need scissors, crochet needles (Aluminum P needles ) or $2.00 for items needed.
